Was kinda okay. Did IPPT on Wednesday. As I expected, failed my SBJ. But, my 2.4KM run improved. Previous timing was 12:18, now is 11:24. Very very good improvement I must say? Hahaha. The rest of the days was kinda doing the same things, weight training, swimming and some other shit like that. Today, and for the rest of the next week is MEDICAL week. I fucking like this.
